Eventide H3000 Ultra-Harmonizer
In Billy's rack is an Eventide H3000 Ultra-Harmonizer, which was previously used for Love and Starla. It is also used to re-create the E-bow section of Soma on stage. It was the first "intelligent"/diatonic pitch-shifter ever when it came out in 1986.
