"IN LIEU OF FAILURE (performed by Shiny and 'Los Machinas', a freshly-formed Machines Of God tribute band): Falling into the whirlwind of his celebrated return, Shiny agrees to attend a fan-led concert of his greatest musical works: and for which a public ban on their hearing has been lifted. Caught up as he is in the raw emotion of the moment, Shiny agrees to sing at the show's encore. Yet midway through this raucous and celebratory appearance, Osirah jumps up from the anonymity of the crowd to grab at Shiny's microphone; ostensibly denouncing Shiny's groveling to 'The X + I'. An act which, unsurprisingly. Osirah performs successfully and subversively, accusing Shiny righteously of being a 'traitor to the core and cause of the common people'.
